New alliance for SL

Postby Bean » Thu Nov 26, 2009 2:10 pm

Just a quick note to say after worming my way onto the council in Shadowlords we are now in a massive alliance with all the top guilds with 130+ online normally and 2 or 3 warbands running at night in Tier 4, Lots of grouping at lower levels and XP runs around land of the dead reguarly for lvl25+

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of re subbing, Oh and we push into IC the destro city nearly nightly too atm server seems fairly balanced too.

If you want to come back just a quick PM to any officer in Shadowlords will do it.

Depending on if they've made some major changes to the game or not that doesn't sound true. If the server was balanced one city wouldn't get raided nearly nightly ... at least not if the game is balanced the same way as it used to be.

Will send you a PM if I get around to resub though, cheers for the heads up :)

We are defending Altdorf with the same regularity, New patch made it "easier" as you only need to lock 2 zones Empire/dwarf for example and no fortresses to fight through, On a good weekend 3 or more Cities are sieged with phat lewt and crests for phat armour are captured.

Thats what i thought but then i gave up talking to the mrs and kids and found i had lots of time, ofc i have to cook for myself now but still...Was actually talking about you lot tonight with Borni and Aurelia. Borni has dropped Aion mostly and come back to the game but Aurelia is still GM, Also a few more old faces are popping back it seems.

no fortresses to fight through

So they finally gave up on those? There was some brilliant fights in those but mostly it was just a lag feast :)

So they have changed the balance of the game then if you defend Altdorf with the same regularity. I guess of course with only needing 2 two zones (which I think it used to be too?) and no fortress fights, that bit is a bit quicker. So seems you're right then about the balance :)

Give SL my best mate but I'm with timb3r atm, I don't have time to play an MMO right now. I don't even have time for Dragon Age ffs :)
