Won't take more than a couple hours to pump you up well past SL 55 or so. :)

Haha! There were a couple of guide markers set down in front of her room. One said "Chest ahead" and the other said "Try using both hands".

Do you have to kill Ornstein first to get it? I'm wearing the whatever it's called something "favor" armor that I was able to find for invading and revenge killing that NPC knight that killed the Firekeeper at Firelink. It looks pretty good, gives awesome protection for non-heavy armor and I have no movement penalties with my 35 Endurance.

Spoiler:
Yeah I have that one too :D . You can buy the armor of whoever you kill last in the smough and ornstein fight. I killed ornstein last. Then you can buy (yes, buy :/ ) the armor from a guy thats sitting under the bridge near firelink where the first rat is in.

After I complete the game with my Wanderer, I plan on rolling a Cleric and going all Str, End, Fai with a touch of Vit. I want to be big and tanky and cast miracles. I'd like to get more into the PVP stuff, too, but I think people are shooting for SL 120 as the general PVP target.

I'm at the boss of Tomb of the Giants. Really probably about ten hours out from beating this bad boy finally, after about 70 hours logged so far.

I have decided that this is my favorite and possibly the greatest action RPG of all time. A "grown man's Zelda" is a very good description of it, as well. I'm already looking forward to the next gen version of this game.

I have high hopes for Dragons Dogma. I have retired from DS til the inevitable drought in January (although even that seems to be seeded with big name releases come the end of Jan and into Feb).

I'm doing the opposite. Not playing anything else until I finish.

Lol nice one. I've only started playing it the last few days (up to around level 15 now iirc), and i'm impressed at how they've got rid of almost everything that was annoying about Demon Souls (i hated herbs for health), and improved on other stuff (bonfires>nexus).

Still planning on rolling a different char and playing it all over again?

I already did roll a different one that I plan on playing casually. Also, when you complete the game, you start back at the beginning with all of your equipment and most of your items and at the same Soul Level. The enemies are like 1.5-2.5 times as hard. You can just keep going!

Thanks!

Again, I don't feel that you should be afraid to take advantage of the multiplayer. If you struggle on a boss, consume some humanity and summon another player. I don't think it should be viewed as "cheating" in any way. I think I actually felt better buttraping Smough and Ornstein with two other people than I would had I attempted it a million times. I'm just not that patient/dedicated.

Yea but what if you consume humanity, attempt to summon another player and one of the other million asshats waiting for someone to turntheir last human point gets in there and turns your ass into a hat? Eh? EH? Shit fucked right up the soul pass then ain't you.

Depends on what covenant you're a part of. The only time I was ever invaded was in Anor Londo and that area is a hotspot for invasions for whatever reason. If you're part of the um... whatever the white covenant is, you're usually matched with other people who want to co-op. If you join that forest covenant, you're going to get invaded every 5-10 minutes as a human.

But part of the beauty of the game is the constant danger of getting jacked. :)
